EH–INNOVATION GmbH
Imagine you want to analyse something tangible or audible, but the existing tools don’t work:
Our acoustics experts from EH-Innovations GmbH – or EHi – start with their research where the path ends for others. Imagine you want to analyse something tangible or audible, but the existing tools don’t work: not only are we a think tank and expert theorists, we are also the ones who turn the impossible into reality.
In addition to the ongoing further development of our products EHi-EOL, GapCORR and NoiseLOG, our experienced research team also addresses the complex challenges posed by a wide variety of clients from the research and development sector. Contact us: we redefine innovation.
Products
- EHI-EOL
Fully automated module system for the evaluation of component quality in serial production. - GapCORR
Groundbreaking correction of incorrect speed increments in torsional vibration analysis. We started work where "closing pulse gaps" and "pulse correction" reach their limits. - NoiseLOG
THE innovation for festivals and events: Do you have to decide how loud music is allowed to be played at your event? NoiseLOG provides userfriendly assistance to help you comply with noise limits for nearby residents.
INNOVATIONS
EHI-EOL
A hard- and software solution for End Of Line (EOL) monitoring
EHi-EOL makes fully automatic quality assessment of almost hermetically sealed miniature gear motors on an acoustic basis possible for the first time. Although the full encapsulation of such miniature drives protects them against environmental influences, it prevents EOL function testing, since an important physical variable – the speed – can no longer be recorded. Sophisticated algorithms and a sensor provide this missing speed information with an accuracy of ± 3 ‰, so that speed fluctuations and frequency modulations can be determined accurately. Component vibrations are recorded by an acceleration sensor and evaluated according to amplitude modulation and pulse content.
GapCORR
Manipulation of speed increments
GapCORR is an outstanding module that decisively intervenes in torsional vibration analysis where “closing pulse gaps” and “shock correction” reach their limits. If laser technologies are inaccessible in torsional vibration analysis, incremental signals from gears or Zebra tapes are used. Gears are usually subject to pitch errors in the gearing, although these errors do not impair their function. Zebra tapes generally deviate from an equidistant pitch in the butt joint of the two ends of the tape. GapCORR has an algorithmic approach to precisely compensate for this error.
NoiseLOG
Innovative noise monitoring for event organisers
Are you a music event organiser who is required by the authorities to monitor noise emissions at your events? Do you want to make sure you prevent complaints from nearby residents about the noise produced by the music? NoiseLOG provides user-friendly assistance to help you comply with noise limits at day, at night and in the evening in order to avoid complaints from local residents.
